How to stop loading http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx in internet explorer 7 ?

It is because of the pending of registration.

Make following registry editing (Backup registry first)

"RunOnceHasShown"=dword:00000001
"RunOnceComplete"=dword:00000001

After reboot, download and scan with CCleaner
