To launch VLC with the skinned interface:
· Download and install the latest VLC version
· Launch VLC:
o Linux users: Launch VLC with the following command-line: vlc -I skins2
o Windows users: Launch VLC using the appropriate shortcut in the Start menu. You can also start VLC from command-line, in a DOS window.
· If you don't want to use the default skin, just download another one here. If you want to have it automatically detected, place it in the skins subfolder of your VLC installation:
o Windows users: Put it in C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins
o Linux users: Put it in ~/.vlc/skins2
In addition to the skins listed below, VLC supports all the Winamp2 and XMMS skins (.wsz files).
· Once VLC is started with the skinned interface, you can use the CTRL+S shortcut to load the new one. Enjoy!
Please note that current releases of VLC do not support Skins on Mac OS X.

How to remove Windows Xp SP2 TCP connection limit ? ((Event ID 4226)
Error : No more computers can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept
With the release of Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Microsoft Windows XP, the SP2 has introduced a feature that limit concurrent TCP connection attempts that are possible to 10 per seconds. In Service Pack 1 or without Service Pack, there is no limit on concurrent TCP connection attemps.
To know if you’re hitting concurrent TCP connection attempts limit, use the Event Viewer. Under “System”, look for TCP/IP Warnings saying: “TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts”. It has the Event ID of 4226.
